Mcdonald's - Fort Washington

I waited in a long drive-thru line only to find out that they no longer serve breakfast after 10:00. I ended up ordering something I didn't really want just to take my medication. When I raised my concerns to a supervisor, she brought me a Big Mac, which I couldn't eat. The store manager, Fred, at the McDonald's on Swan Creek Road in Washington, Maryland, then informed me that most McDonald's locations no longer serve breakfast all day. I corrected him, as I often visit other McDonald's that do offer breakfast any time. He didn't seem to care, but said they should have more visible signs indicating the breakfast cut-off time. When I suggested this, he didn't see it as a good or bad idea. When I mentioned I would contact headquarters to confirm his statement, he simply shrugged and walked away.

The employees are in a rush at this restaurant! I saw three customers get ignored within one minute. The first customer wanted a cheeky order at the grill and they got it right away. The second customer ordered through Uber Eats and their order was also done perfectly. However, it was disappointing to see that the staff neglected a drink helper, who could have ensured the sale of cold tea. I hope my meeting at this restaurant will go smoothly.

Unfortunately, Google this place is advertised as being open 24 hours, but in reality you may have a hard time getting food past 4 am. They may not even serve you through the drive-thru or insist on only accepting cash payments. Disappointing experience overall.

It would be cool if the self-checkout kiosk had a text and/or email reception option if the machine did not have a paper.

Can we please have the McDonalds by the Giant open up again? I have no idea why the Swan Creek location advertises a 24 hour drive thru and no matter what, whenever I go late night, they have cones up to bloc the drive thru. This is basic customer service. They dont want to make money? I cant think of the last time I got service there late night so just dont advertise on it at all.
