The breakfast here is consistently excellent. We visited the drive-thru, and they provided everything we needed in our takeout order without us having to ask. The person at the window was both friendly and professional.

I normally love Braums but lately I have been disappointed with the customer service in the drive through. I went through tonight at 5:30 PM and ordered chicken strip dinner.The young man at the window took my money and handed back my change then tossed my food bag at me and shut the window.I’m sorry but your drive through should have your most customer service oriented employee running it.That’s the 3rd time in a row I have had a bad experience and will not be returning. I work hard for my money and I choose to spend it where I feel appreciated.

Staff wa quick and got our order right. Thanks, we will come again.
