Indian Essence Bistro - Fort Saint John

I am a big fan of Indian cuisine, especially when it's prepared in a home-cooked style with delicious flavors. The staff at this restaurant is excellent, and the mango dessert was absolutely amazing. For $17.99, you can enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet that changes daily. I have officially found my new favorite restaurant in town and can't wait to bring my wife and kids back with me next time!

I am sitting here and observing the creativity happening in the kitchen. The fresh ingredients and spices being blended together are absolutely delicious. The staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond to make it a fantastic experience. It feels like a culinary journey to an exotic country, all right here in snowy FSJ.

I finally visited for a buffet lunch and it was amazing! I will definitely come back.

We have eaten tried a lot of different aesthetic Indian restaurants this place is AMAZING, the butter chicken by far is the BEST we've ever tried. Great pricing, warm welcoming extremely GREAT service. I do need to agree with the other customer about only getting 3 options for take out still having to pay full price. We took our fujian family out the other night to this restaurant they ABSOLUTELY loved it. Thanks for the great timebew memories fantastic food.
