Casey's - Fort Recovery

The staff member I encountered was not equipped with basic customer service skills or appropriate manners. It might be best for her to consider a position that doesn't involve direct interaction with the public.

I would advise against purchasing Vuse pods from this store. They consistently come in a dark brown color and burn your throat right from the start.

The restaurant closes unexpectedly at various times throughout the day, and they are currently shutting down at 5 PM. Additionally, the kitchen's availability can be inconsistent.

Casey’s as a whole is great. Great selection of drinks and snacks. However the Fort Recovery location really struggles. Their hours are extremely inconsistent, they close without notice all the time. The drinks are rarely stocked and the kitchen is hardly open. The three times I have ordered food they messed up my order. Also, several times they have advertised deals on snacks or drinks. When you go there and cash out the deals are not honored. When I asked why the deal did not reflect on the price the answer I got was “oh we forgot to take down the sign” this happened months ago and to this day the sign is still up.

I always find Casey's to be clean and staffed with friendly folks. I have only tried the pizza, and I'm putting it right up there with Speedway pizza, which is still my favorite.
