Taco Bell - Fort Polk South

I was very disappointed with my experience at this Taco Bell. After a 13-hour drive, my friends and I were looking for a quick meal in the city. We decided to go through the drive-thru, but our order was incorrect. We had requested extra cheese and no tomatoes, but the young lady at the window told us that we had not ordered it that way. We had to wait for the management to reimburse us for the mistake. As we waited, we noticed that the car behind us received a series of food items that turned out to be ours. Additionally, our food and bag were covered in cheese sauce.

The Taco Village is amazing! Ashley, who works in the mornings, always provides great service and goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy. Their work ethic and customer service are top-notch.

You can order here one time and it be fantastic, the next time you may have sour cream only on one end of your taco. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. It's always better when the night crew is there.
