Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Fort Pierce

The woman who came up with the idea for this restaurant and oversees its operations seemed more focused on her job than on the customers. The manager I observed appeared to be displeased and was not at all interested in providing good customer service. When I spoke loudly while placing my order and approached the window, it felt as if she hardly noticed me and left a negative impression. Throughout my visit, I was never greeted or acknowledged; it wasn’t until the end, when I paid, that the employee who took my order thanked me—this acknowledgment felt rather rushed and forced, likely due to the manager’s overall unwelcoming atmosphere. The food was decent, but the poor customer service really detracted from the experience. One would hope for a business to show appreciation and politeness towards its customers, but perhaps that’s too much to expect.

The manager assisted me with my order, and she was fantastic. The food was delicious and offered at a great price. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

The dining experience was fantastic! The manager was waiting for me and she was excellent. Everything was delicious!

Unprofessional. I was told that it would wait 8 minutes for fresh chicken wings and was told to park after my payment. After 20 minutes waiting and watching all the others get their food, I decided to go in and the assistant manager asked if they forget about me. I answered yes and wait for spicy wings. then they said that there was only one wing, but offered me extra chicken pieces. I also asked for a refund on my card. the assistent manager did as my card rejected and said that she was not able to repay me today because of the machine. she said I could come tomorrow to get a refund. low customer service.

The food here is always on point no matter what time of day it is! The spicy chicken is soo good here as well as all of the side I've tried. Biscuits are light and fluffy and buttery. You can tell that the people here take pride in their job. The workers here are fast and friendly. If your ever in the area definitly try this Popeyes.
