When I arrived at the restaurant, the staff member asked for my name and checked for my pizza but said it wasn’t ready yet. After waiting for 15 to 20 minutes, I went back to check again, and he told me it still wasn’t ready. I then asked another employee, and he quickly found my pizza and mentioned that it had actually been ready for a long time. To say the service was frustrating would be an understatement.
I attempted to place a pizza order for my family, but the representative I spoke with informed me that their system hasn’t accepted gift cards for the past two weeks. Strangely, they mentioned just finding this out today. In my opinion, the Domino's franchise lacks any customer service skills. If I could rate them a zero, I absolutely would!
I ordered two large pizzas for pickup: a meat lover's and a vegetarian thin crust, along with some garlic breadsticks. I was able to get unlimited toppings for just $25 after the discount. We really enjoyed the pizzas; everything was fresh and delicious, and they were ready on time. The staff was very friendly, too. This was the best pizza I've had in a long time! They were generous with the toppings, and we even had some leftovers for tomorrow. Overall, it was my best pizza experience. I highly recommend this place if you want hot, fresh, and tasty pizza!
As mentioned by the other reviewers this place is a shell of what it used to be. The staff really does hang up the phone on customers will even block your . I have always been polite and respectful of the staff even tipping the drivers 40-50%. Youwould think they would take care of those who take care of their drivers. It's a shame because this was the best franchise pizzajoint in Fort Pierce. Recently a driver showed up with a receipt for my exact order under someone else's credit card receipt tosign. I tried one last time to see if anything has changed and can confidently say, if you want a good experience GO ELSEWHERE,the odds are NOT in your favor here. I am finished with Domino's. They no longer care at this location, and corporate doesn'teither. Let capitalism swallow this once well redeemed company completely. They ruined everything they worked so hard to fix.Domino's will go the way of Blockbuster Kmart. The blame rests directly on the shoulders of the owners/managers. I know for afact the person who inherited it is running all of his fathers hard work right into the ground. It's sad, but is the harshreality. I'm not lying about the credit card mishap either I caught/got it on my ring cam! The guy just wanted me to sign thereceipt after knowing full and well it WAS NOT MY CARD! I refused, and paid cash, as I'm not about to take part in their new lowclass standards. Buyer beware!!! It's been a nice ride guys, but I promised one last shot, and you blew it! See you in theannals of history! All the fake reviews in the world couldn't save this dying company. You should sell it before it becomes acricket ???? mobile! Just to make it crystal clear, we've ordered pizza here 2 to 3 times a month for at least 15 years... theodds for a VERY bad experience went from 0% to 99%. It is EVERY SINGLE TIME NOW. The staffs are cool and what not but they don?t know what they are doing. The order I put for my pizza that didn?t come out like I expected. Tasted like dry cardboard with a little bit of cheese on the top. They don?t put enough toppings or sauce on thepizza and they got my pizza wrong. I ordered from this place twice never again. Learned my lesson the second time.
