Papa Johns Pizza - Fort Payne

I had the best experience tonight. Dakota was the gentleman that delivered our pizza and also handed my husband a single rose and asked if it was okay if he gave it to me in honor of Mother’s Day. It was such a kind gesture and definitely one of the first I’ve ever had from someone I don’t know. Thank you for that. You definitely put a smile on my face.

At no point in time was the staff unfriendly or rude I just want to put that out there. I ordered pepperoni and extra cheese, the pizza looked great, however it certainly did not have extra cheese on it, I could see dough and sauce. I called and asked if they would be able to credit my next order for the cheese/topping, however I was informed that there was 4 CUPS of cheese on this pizza it was correctly made. It became obvious that nothing was going to happen I called corporate who then informed me to call the store... so feedback loop complete with no resolution meanwhile I paid $37 for an incorrect pizza, pretty expensive even these days. Hot Ready Little Ceasars for $6 sounds better for next time because it would be the exact same thing for $30 cheaper.

Went 2 days in a row just for the Oreo bites. The 1st order had me hooked, they were amazing!!! 2nd day, was barely able to eat 2 pieces.... Burnt, not good at all. One thing about it, I'm no longer

We order from papa johns pizza a lot. The previous orders was not so good,BUT LAST NIGHTS ORDER WAS RIGHT. The taste was amazing and the epic stuff crust is definitely worth it!
