The girl told me I had to wait for her to remake my sandwich because there were several other orders before me. I would think that good customer support my order would be top priority. In the middle of her writing my order down she takes a call and spends time explaining to them a problem instead of putting them on the stop to write the order down. I understand that it wasn't their fault that someone erroneously picked up my order, but they also showed no good customer service. The young girl tells me they had complaints all night. I wonder why.
We had dinner here and enjoyed the food, which was quite good. The service was fairly prompt since it was quite empty at noon. Afterward, we took our meals to Battlefield Park and turned it into a lovely picnic dinner.
Someone picked up my order without my knowledge. I only found this out after I tried to explain to the staff that I had been waiting for 15 minutes past the promised time. The employee informed me that I would need to wait for her to remake my sandwich because there were several other orders ahead of mine. I would expect that with good customer service, my order would be prioritized. While she was taking my order, she received a phone call and spent time discussing an issue instead of focusing on completing my order. I understand that it wasn't their fault that my order was picked up by someone else, but they still did not demonstrate good customer service. The young woman mentioned that they had been receiving complaints all night, and I can't help but wonder why.
The service was good staff friendly. We placed an online order for pick up. I just wish they would read instructions better. Most of my order was correct except 1 item for someone who's rather a picky eater. She refused to eat her dinner because there was a pickle in her sandwich when we had instructed no pickle for hers
I usually love Firehouse, but my experience the other day was not very good. I paid for a hero that had basically all ham on it(I DIDNT ask for only ham, I was expecting the other meats like any other customer). The meat was crunchy and hard to chew?? and the bread was soggy because they doused it with mustard. I basically had a wet ham and mustard sub which is not what I ordered! Whoever worked on June 1st needs to make sure they?re doing the sandwiches correctly. Because I feel like I was scammed. The manager needs to do better training. Very disappointing
