Wendy's - Fort Myers

I love beacons. Friends were good. I'm glad Wendy Fanta has Orange. Yummy. My sister had a southwest avocado salad.

Hot and crispy pommes are never a disappointment. Very happy people work there... at all locations. You never get your order wrong.

The service clerk at the register was not looking so well. I ask her why she wasn't smiling as she has a beautiful smile. She said she isn't feeling the best at all. She should even be there, but she knew they would be short so she made herself get there. She was a trooper. However, hoping she wasnt carrier of anything others could get. So polite. She gets a 5 Stars for effort. She knew I had my hands full with my elderly FIL, so she came around and carrier our tray of food to our table. I wish I knew her name.Beautiful Person, Beautiful Smile

I ordered a combo meal, specifically Dave's double with pickles, onions, mustard, and no cheese. I was informed that it would take six minutes for it to be freshly prepared. However, I received a single burger instead with all the toppings and cheese, despite my request. It seems like they keep increasing the prices while providing less of what is ordered. I am giving 2 stars only because they got my drink order correct. As for the parking situation, there is plenty of parking available.

If possible, I would give this restaurant zero stars. They discriminate against pedestrians by keeping their doors locked 90% of the time. Their updated hours state that the restaurant is open from 10am to 6pm and the drive-thru from 8am to 6pm. I have been a customer of Wendy's since 1984 and have never encountered such incompetence at a location. They need new management or they will continue to lose customers.
