Horrible customer service. Sorry, that?s the industry you?re in. You need to act like it regardless of how busy you are, how short you are, or if you just had a bad day. Very rude and disrespectful tandem working today Jennifer C and another guy. Terrible when you?re polite and respectful as a customer and you get nastiness in return. Shame on you. Too bad food optionsare so limited this side of security.

Super efficient breakfast at 5:30am. Fast moving line. Hot coffee. Really good sausage and egg bagel. Friendly crew was performing like a well-oiled machine

As a frequent traveler, I often struggle to find good food at the airport during early flights. However, this GAC location remains one of my favorite spots. They typically open around 4:30 AM, so don't hesitate to join the line—it's worth it! Even though I was number eight in line today (July 23, 2022), I received my food in less than ten minutes. If you're familiar with GAC locations, you'll appreciate the quality of the food and the excellent customer service. The two staff members working this morning were quick and accommodating, even at that early hour. Thank you for catering to early travelers! I look forward to stopping by again on my next trip to Fort Myers (RSW).

I recently tried the sausage, cheese, and egg breakfast bagel, and I was quite disappointed. The sausage patty was significantly smaller than the bagel and didn’t taste fresh; in fact, it had a cardboard-like flavor. They also used those pre-packaged egg patties that you typically find at budget hotel breakfasts. Overall, the quality was very low for a nearly $8 price tag. I recommend saving your money and choosing a different place in the RSW terminal.

The chicken pesto panini was quite disappointing. The bread was extremely stale, almost like old French bread, and it seemed like it had been sitting out all day. There was very little flavor as well.
