Taco Bell - Fort Myers

The drive-thru is closed due to a staffing shortage, so I had to go inside and use the self-order kiosk. There were long lines of people waiting for their food, and it took about seven minutes for my order to be ready. I really hope they get some additional help soon. Also, the temperature inside the restaurant was around 60 degrees, which made for an uncomfortable experience.

I usually let my wife down by choosing to sit indoors to enjoy the air conditioning. However, this Taco Bell feels like a 3000 sq ft refrigerator—it's really cold! Brrr! But the food and service are excellent!

I didn't catch her name, but the person working the window at 11:00 on September 20th was incredibly sweet. She deserves a raise! She had such a generous spirit, and when they ran out of tea, she gave me a Baja Blast on the house.

Most of my reviews are very positive.. If I have bad experience.. ehh it happens. Cheers to Mali tonight? I was in the mood for a few quick tacos? such a bright fun person I?ve never seen anyone with a smile on their face like hers. Cheers Mali (I hope Ispelled it right)

Can someone from management please tell me what is wrong with this location. Closing hours never consistent. Can never go inside. I wait over 30 mins in drive thru everytime with only couple cars ahead of me. I get food and stuff is missing or nosauce even though I ask twice. Just so weird and worst experience for a Taco Bell.
