Patinella's Chicken Grill - Fort Myers

This review is based exclusively on service. Here, our story. Fam of 4 and felt for something similar to chicken kitchen (ball yellow rice, cheese, guacamole, sour cream and chicken). The hotel is located in Google during the ride. Had Patinellis in front of another location and it is the next tasting the most similar Setup chicken kitchen that is not close to Cape or Ft. Myers. Call and ask whether they cure, neither my wife or I would be able to do so for medical reasons and the only other people in the vehicle are children. Does the person say? Sure! Do you call back and order us? ll bring it out?. We decide what we want to go there and call to order, and then someone who says answers? How do we do that? How are you gonna pay? I say I don't know, cash or credit, I just called and someone there told me when we call and order, we can pick up. Then he just says, no, we're not doing around and hanging up. Count first impressions. I'm trying to eat here when I get the taste of this terrible service out of my mouth. Pro Tip: If you are always unsafe overboard when you call in, you will get the name who says the restaurant does, so you can return to them. Good luck!

Torn on this review. Hoenstly can't speak to the quality of the food, and the people were nice. However, the prices listed on the menu aren't accurate to what's at the register. The place sneaks a 3.5% charge in at the register, with a little sign stating they will that isn't visible until the end of your transaction. So, even though the food looked good, I left it at the register. We live in a day and age where , especially as a restaurant, credit card fees are standard. Either find a better processor, or provide a discount to cash customers, not charge extra for credit/debit customers. In the middle of a pandemic, cash shouldn't have to change hands , as this also saves everyone extra chances at contracting Covid.

Really fresh and delicious food. I had a vegan option of scrumptious brown rice and salad. The food was delicious. You can customize your dish, so you get exactly what you want. The food is ready, and there is no wait. It was popular today at lunch time, with some people dining in, and many people taking their food to go. There are a couple of tables outside as well. Great location. Plenty of parking. The staff were the friendliest I have ever met!

This is the last time our office orders from the college parkway location. We get back to the office and many of orders are missing the toppings. The picture listed here is suppose to be the greek they must be rationing the toppings at this location, oh and the rice is not fully cooked. Avoid the college parkway location.

We go to the Daniels parkway location all the time and we love it. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. We decided to try the college location a few days ago and we were disappointed. The food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting. Most of the sides and tipping had been taken off the bar and seemed empty. I think they were focusing too much on cleaning up for the night in order to go home quicker. They had no sweet tea 2 hours before closing and when my mother asked if they were going to make more they said no. The lady behind us wanted sweet tea too so it was not just us. I even saw a dead roach on the floor by the drink machine. Gross. Just did not have a good experience and felt very rushed and like they were trying to close as fast as they could and we were there two hours before closing time. Will not be visiting this location ever again. Will only be eating at Daniels location from now on!!!
