Mcdonald's - Fort Myers

Nothing good to say nothing bad to say. They close for two hours in the middle of the night to clean but doesn 't look any better when they reopen. Some nice workers some complete jerks. It 's fast food. Don 't hold your hopes up high.

The management at this restaurant is terrible, which is probably why all the employees are rude. Every time I come here, the manager gives me a bad attitude and threatens to charge me for ketchup because I didn't specifically ask for it when I placed my order. To make matters worse, I ordered a coffee with cream and sugar but received a black coffee instead. It's hard to have a good time and enjoy your food in such an unpleasant atmosphere. There are different managers working in the morning and at night. This time, I made sure to ask for ketchup when ordering but the manager still got mad because I requested it at the window and they forgot to put it in the bag. I'm not sure what her issue is with me, but she always treats me very rudely.

On 11/9/22, I went to the drive-thru at this restaurant. When I pulled into the first lane, the lady told me to wait. The other lane proceeded to skip me three times until I finally said "HELLO?" and was met with an aggressive response asking for my order. I ordered a McRib with no pickles. When I went to pay, Philip even confirmed my order with no pickles. However, when I received my order, there was little to no sauce, the sandwich was upside down, and, to top it off, there were pickles on it. This was the worst customer service and the worst McRib I have ever had. I contemplated going back to complain, but I didn't want someone to spit in my food.

I have always had great experiences at this restaurant, but unfortunately, tonight was an exception. We ordered a kids meal for our daughter with no onions and extra fries, but it came with extra onions and chicken nuggets instead of fries. To make matters worse, the fries were cold. This was disappointing as we were preparing for a storm and now have to cook something else for our child.

The employees here treated my family and i so horrible. we were standing in front of them at the counter waiting for just 3 drinks for almost 30 minutes. they made so many other peoples drinks right away for them while walking past us. the employeesneed to be more polite and considerate.
