Mcalister's Deli - Fort Myers

After 20 minutes, the cook came out and said they were out of both corned beef and pastrami. However, the person who took my order insisted they had pastrami. The cook went back to check, but another ten minutes passed without any updates. At that point, I asked for a refund. The manager came out and explained that their delivery truck hadn’t arrived and they were out of many items. I asked for my money back and left. It’s a shame because it seemed like a nice little place, but I won’t be returning. (No stars)

I ordered a four cheese melt without cheese or tomato from Grubhub, and I can't believe how badly they messed it up! When I tried to call, the phone was disconnected. This is totally unacceptable—definitely don’t order from here!

Came on a Saturday night. The counter cashier explained that the wait would be a 20 minute wait. We said fine and we sat down. We could have gone somewhere else but we were willing to wait. The food came, the soup was hot, sandwich was awesome. Weunderstand there is a shortage of people wanting to work and how overworked the people that want to work are. I want to commendthem for their courteous manners. I hope other people please remember the people working did not create this situation. Thankyou for the great service and food.

Wonderful experience! This restaurant offers fantastic food and excellent customer service. The 32 oz tea was delightful—rich in flavor without any bitterness and perfectly sweetened. The lemon wedges weren’t huge, but they were generously sliced. The McCallister Club was delicious and bursting with flavor. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the side salad, which featured crisp lettuce and no spoiled spring mix, which is often a problem elsewhere. This deli clearly prioritizes quality control. The Black Angus Club was also very tasty, packed with plenty of ingredients. Additionally, the tomato and cucumber salad was firm and crisp, not the usual slimy or wilted mess. The pickle spears were refreshingly garlic-flavored. Overall, it was a splendid experience, and we look forward to returning soon to try something new from the menu!

The restaurant was clean, and I noticed several people following proper sanitation practices, which was impressive.
