Leoni's Pizzeria - Fort Myers

The girls coming at night are great. I never delivered anything, but the drivers always speak very nicely. The employee who works the morning shift, however, is simply rude and hates his job. I sat there and literally heard that he was disastrous to a customer over the phone and then ended the call and talked about the customer. His customer service skills make the place 1 star. If it wasn't for him, it would be a great local food.

We ordered dinner tonight and got some bacon cheese for $11. We have her and no bacon. We paid in cash and tipped the driver almost $15, although it was 5 min from my house. The food was subpar. I called and spoke to them, and she offered me half of the baconsefries for the next time. Why would I order her again? I asked to talk to a manager, and I sat in wait for 5 minutes just because she came back and said the manager wasn't there and I had to call back tomorrow. I'm not one who usually complains to me, but I'm also a manager of a restaurant and I would treat my customers better than that.

I still turn off what I can imagine is food poisoning from Leonies since yesterday evening We had mozzarella sticks that were not even properly cooked I barely a bite of pizza is probably the perpetrator it was the worst sad! Chicken fingers and pommes and I don't even dare touch the meatballs that I have to make dinner with pasta tonight, I won't risk it because I feel like I'm dying both my daughter and I had massive pain in the stomach and diarrhea from her food. Go on they were so rude if they couldn't break $100 bill and I thought I would give them a shot, but never again my God it's almost worse than labor pain buyer caution! I'm so out of the last interaction on the phone with female managers that I don't want to be misused orally again I just wanted to warn people they call for what, that? I?m 1000% sure I?d will not receive support, understanding or refund

The most disappointing meal in a long time. Ordnets take samosas, slices of matter, bhindi, palak daal and garlic naan. Samosas were delicious, but the rest of the food was really completely tasteless. Most Indian food I ever tasted as if not a single spice was used in preparation. I even have a Kovid test after the thought that was why (was negative).

Great food. Nice service people. Good value for the price. We eat their food all the time. Have had a couple mistakes in my orders. That is important because I have a food allergy, but the offending substance was in my order anyway. Despite that, we continue to be regulars. Inspect your order.
