Kfc - Fort Myers

Friendly associates especially the cashier that helped me she knew the name of the sandwich i wanted even when i was way off. Thank you I definitely will be back again it was delicious and hot!

This visit was a Joke. It was at 5:55pm on a Tues 6/14/22 and Kentucky Fried CHICKEN had no chicken. I thought the lady at the drive thru was punking me. While at the speaker she told me she had 8 tenders left, I asked about Sandwiches, she said, I have acouple just pull up. So I joined the line, as asked. After 7 minutes in line, I got to the window. She asked what I ordered, soI said I asked for tenders and sandwiches. She had (8) tenders. Nothing to go with it. The sandwiches must have sold while Iwas stuck in line. She informed me it would be about 20 minutes for the chicken. Mind you they advertise EVERY CHICKENSANDWICH IS COOKED WHEN ORDERED. So why couldnt they make me a few of those in well under 20 minutes? They were 3 hours fromclosing with NO PRODUCT to sell and a crew that wasnt smart enough to figure it out earlier. I told them I wanted Sandwichestoo (which they supposedly always (COOK WHEN ORDERED). I DROVE ABOUT 20 miles to try and get that as per request I went by 2Popeyes Chicken places on the way for the request. None of that is their fault, but I wont do it again. The place is amismanaged hot mess if they are completely out of their signature items during rush hour. They had ZERO to offer....coleslaw? As I passed their two competitors on the way home they were pumping out the cars! As I went by Hardees: I stopped in for 10chicken tenders double dipped and batter fried for $6 less than KFC. Their manager laughed that a KFC had no chicken at rushhour. This store is a soup sandwich, needs a manager.

The staff they are wonderful ? but the fact that they are always out of the main menu items is a waste of my suggestion for you is to call ahead and ask if your favorite menu item is in stock for that day...hope I've helped?

The dirtiest KFC EVER the pick up window is so dirty that you can't even see through it , I can't imagine how dirty the other places that we can't see .... Disrespectful crew not helpful at all and very unprofessionals. It seems like they all hate their jobs . To bad because its the closest KFC to us.

This place offerd the 16 pc for 16.00$ an thought they was gonna charge me 50 dollars tax if i could add a pic id show u the recpt sii ill never stop at fort myers kfc ever agen this place would get a negative star
