Il Pomodoro Italian - Fort Myers

Absolutely amazing! my family and I were here to eat. they don't wait. super friendly staff and great eating. I have the Rigatoni-Bolognese that was incredible! everyone on my table loved eating!

It was really surprising. I had ordered a sausage sandwich and expected the standard rate. Sausage and mushroom a few paprika on a hoagie roll. I didn't. it was a rather generous part that I had to end up taking half of it home. I really like the atmosphere it's not a huge dining room, so it's intimate that I can't wait to go back with the woman. update 8/25/2022 wife and I had just dinner and it was a wonderful experience. everything from the drinks to the desert was beyond our expectations. the wife was above the moon over alfredo and the tiramisu. this was the perfect place for a night dinner. update 11/23/2022 another wonderful meal. love that I can take off my wife, it is a perfect place for a cozy evening.

My wife and I had dinner at IL Pomodoro last night. It was our first time there and it began with my accidentally knocking over a full glass of wine and knocked over it was. My waitress (Regan) and the manager (Denise) could not have been nicer. They offered us another table (which we declined), quickly cleaned up and replaced our settings, and despite my asking to be charged for a replacement glass of wine, they would not allow it and provided a replacement complimentary. We enjoyed our meal and it was excellent. We made the reservation through Open Table and their system asks if there is a special occasion which there was; it was my wife's birthday. Despite my wine mishap, they still came out with a complimentary birthday desert. Good food, class act, and we'll be back.

Great dining experience! My spouse is a RI native, and she knows Italian cuisine. These guys do it right! the fish Francese was superb; the baby clams and linguine was the best I've ever had. Service was great ask for Ian. Family restaurant doing it right! UPDATE: Second visit was just as good! Veal Francese and merlot perfect. Kate was a great server!

Each month we host a Senior Services luncheon at IL Pomodoro. We receive AMAZING service, food and at a great price. Italian cuisine at its finest. Chicken Toscana is superb. Great atmosphere. 5 Stars to the entire team at IL Pomodoro Restaurant Fort Myers!!
