Five Guys - Fort Myers

For the very first time I was totally disappointed in the french fries. They did not taste fresh at all. It seems like they were precooked and left setting. They were barely warm and it was just the biggest dissapointment ever.

Every time I visit this restaurant, there seems to be a delay with starting my order. It's as if they're more focused on ensuring the order is picked up than actually processing it. I end up wasting at least 15-20 minutes each time I'm there, and I'm not compensated for that time. Do they ever wonder why their orders aren't delivered as expected? The reality is that many drivers, like myself, end up canceling the run because it's simply not worth the time lost.

Fresh ingredients, flavorful food. Little pricey but well worth it. I normally have the cheese burger all the way which has 2 patties, cheese, ketchup, mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickle, sauteed onions and mushrooms. This time I tried the BLT and the bacon was great, the ratio of bacon to bread to lettuce was perfect but the tomato wasn't as flavorful as I hoped and I wished for at least another slice or two.

If you're a burger lover, you'll definitely enjoy Five Guys. Their French fries are absolutely amazing, and they've just added milkshakes to their menu, which are quite impressive, I must say. Everything is made fresh, so it's always hot and ready. The staff here are quick and friendly, making for a great overall experience.
