Five Guys - Fort Myers

This place deserves zero stars! not even edible as they see in this picture. a cheeseburger ordered as a bowl it was delivered by ubereats and that is what I received. disgusting? that is not even a pig food! there are better fast food places in the opposite, I will not recommend this place to everyone!

Every time I visit this restaurant, there seems to be a delay with starting my order. It's as if they're more focused on ensuring the order is picked up than actually processing it. I end up wasting at least 15-20 minutes each time I'm there, and I'm not compensated for that time. Do they ever wonder why their orders aren't delivered as expected? The reality is that many drivers, like myself, end up canceling the run because it's simply not worth the time lost.

Re heated frits floor n tables dirty, no ketchup in two donators on 7 people behind the counter and no regular koks

If you're a burger lover, you'll definitely enjoy Five Guys. Their French fries are absolutely amazing, and they've just added milkshakes to their menu, which are quite impressive, I must say. Everything is made fresh, so it's always hot and ready. The staff here are quick and friendly, making for a great overall experience.
