Firehouse Subs - Fort Myers

The guys were professional and courteous, my children took gluten allergy seriously by changing their gloves to ensure no pollution! I really appreciate that, even informed me about the gluten in the meatball bottom!

I ordered the tuna sandwich as it comes, and it might just be the best tuna sandwich I've ever had from a restaurant. This was my first visit, and I'll definitely be back!

The restaurant is非常干净 and serves delicious, fresh subs. The staff all wore masks, which made for a wonderful experience!

I really love this place! The variety of portion sizes is great, and I usually go for the smallest size, which is just right for me. Their oatmeal cookies are the best! I enjoy warm sandwiches, and these truly melt in your mouth. Plus, there's always a wide selection of sauces to choose from, but my favorite is the one from the fire department store.

We haven't been in a Firehouse Subs until recently. The subs were great, but this 5-star rating is meant because of the amazing customer service. The staff welcomes you immediately at the door, asks how your day goes, offers sandwich suggestions and is simply overall friendly. They smiled all the time and seemed so happy to work there. This is very rare to find these days. As an entrepreneur, I appreciate the importance of good customer service and to be recognized for it. Thank you for a great experience, Firehouse Subs!
