Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Fort Myers

The restaurant primarily offers ice cream products, which is fine, but when you arrive at 10:30 a.m. and they close at 11 a.m., and their response is that they are out of everything but ice, that's a significant letdown. It seems they might not have wanted to clean the grill or fryer.

The staff here during the day is quite disappointing. The cashiers seem to have varying levels of experience. It's worth noting that the Milk Queen on Palm Beach has different prices and portion sizes compared to others, but unfortunately, the quality of service remains the same across the board. In contrast, Winn-Dixie offers a much larger selection of ice cream with a variety of flavors that are truly delicious, all at more satisfying prices.

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. What I received was overly soft and brown, not at all what I expected.

I forgot how delicious this place was. I didn't have it since I was little. my parents would take me and I would get the chocolate-dip membrane. had it after many years and it's like I remember.

Wifey likes mocha moolatte so we stopped. I got med thin mint Blizzard.Warning DON'T get a large. Both very good. Just like GS cookies out of the freezer over ice cream. Only about a 2 minute wait after paying.
