Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant used to be a taco place, so we were pleasantly surprised to discover that it's now a seafood restaurant. They offer a wide variety of oysters, and you can mix and match different types, which is great. The chowder was delicious, and the mussels were both abundant and flavorful. With the lovely weather, the doors were open to let in a nice breeze, and there are a few outdoor tables available for those who want to bring their dogs. Adam, Mark, and Lillian provided us with excellent service. Highly recommended!
Coldwater Oyster Market was fantastic, both in terms of the food and the service! Everything we tried was incredibly delicious. We shared a Connecticut lobster roll, calamari, and half a dozen West Coast oysters, and each dish was exquisite. The manager was highly engaged, personally serving food, greeting guests, and even holding the door open. This is a restaurant we would definitely want to revisit and bring our families to!
We had lunch today and had an amazing experience. Our server, Jessica, was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was perfect; the tuna tartare was delicious and the oysters were incredibly fresh. They only had East Coast oysters available while we were there, but they mentioned that West Coast oysters would be offered later that evening. My partner had the Maine lobster roll, and I chose the Dungeness crab dish. We shared a half portion (which is shown), but unfortunately, the giant claw on my partner's plate didn’t make it into the picture! There was definitely a generous amount of meat. We enjoyed a FMBrew seltzer, but they also offer a variety of other handcrafted drinks. I can’t wait to go back and try more!
Great experience with my daughter who just pulled into the opposite. we had tried some other restaurants since the departure from chicago, but were not impressed. I started to believe that we didn't have much luck finding something good during my visit. fortunately, I was wrong. our dinner was great. we had a couple of oysters that pei mush (please serve them with thin cuts as an option for the excellent brot! , and a few lures the steak frits and chilled crab legs. the steak was very good, with a beautiful presentation and more excellent sauce. the chilled crab legs were even better and came with carrots and mais on the bob. the cocktail of my daughter was great. I had some ipas. the design beerlist is good, but not incredibly extensive. I wasn't in the mood for wein, so I didn't check the list. the staff was immediately and polite. one of the owners, Erin, came by to chat with us. the prices were reasonable. a great experience. we're safe back.
Nice place! Big open overhead doors. At least 5 different oyster varieties from East and West coast. 20+ draft beers.
