China Fusion - Fort Myers

To begin with, the new owners provide extremely poor customer service over the phone; the man's attitude is quite unpleasant. I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience. The atmosphere was a bit dim, and I found something unappetizing in the rice. Overall, the customer service was disappointing, and I wouldn't advise anyone to visit.

I tried the bourbon chicken, and I was quite disappointed. The staff seemed to lack customer service training and were rather rude; I don’t believe it’s due to a language barrier. My dish lacked any sauce, and the rice didn't resemble the fried rice you typically find in most Chinese restaurants. The overall taste was unappealing. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here; if you're looking for bourbon chicken, it might be better to stop by a different place in the shopping center.

I'm not sure what's happened to this restaurant. It seems like they might have been taken over, as the person on the phone taking our order was quite rude, almost as if he felt put out by us ordering. Additionally, some of the food didn't taste as good as it did on previous visits. I really wish they would bring back the same level of customer service and cooking they had before.

I love eating here, but today was particularly hard to order on the phone. was stopped for 10 minutes, then said “Thank you for keeping please hold” I went up and call back. the answering machine has brought me back into the grip, but only 5 minutes. I have set myself up in the rule when I am stopped. Once I have discouraged myself, I did not say that I wanted to order quickly enough and was taken into the grip. stare at and over the camera you've been carrying. call taker says: "dude i got 5 people before me" I answered: "I have heard little marie that you have got someone's order at the theke while you are stopped with me," he continued to hang on me. I personally came to china fusion to see what's going on. I ordered my food and paid. while I wait at the place. I notice every time Blake/Bake answered the phone. he cries and would drop the phone on the counter. He made the call with two and took care of people who just walk in. I asked his name about my eating. blake or something. whenever I call and I get a man's voice, I will refuse to order. tina is the best that never had problems with her.10/11 7:00p -7:30p

Disappointing food. This restaurant is under new ownership and the food is very bland. I will not be going there again. The prior owners did a wonderful job food was fantastic. Now it is very tasteless
