Chao Cajun - Fort Myers

We always used to go to this place while shopping it used to be good. But has definitely gone down hill. We used to spend over a hundred dollars easily every month but we will not go back again. Not only is everyone else in the reviews completely right the prices have gone way up and the food has lost its quality. Twice we have gotten hard burnt chicken... The manager does not seem to be the same kind man that used to run the place and not only do they rush you which I understand to a point but their very unprofessional behind the counter talking amongst themselves beware choose a different place there's plenty there.

Went in to get a two item combo and got orange chicken and asked for extra orange chicken,,, now tell me why when i look at my receipt there's an extra 1.99 upsell charge like if y'all rly that close to closing down just say that. i asked to see a manager and employee got an attitude and lied saying there was no manager and then later claimed they were the manager. i would give 0 stars if i could because that was ghetto and unprofessional behavior.

The employee is wear a mask but only 1 glove! I would rather you cover your hands that you touch everything with than your mouth.

Just got some orange chicken and lo mein and found a German cockroach in the food AFTER I ate it of course ?? ROACHES

This spot is not bad.Generally I would just go to China Max given the choices....But... This place has awesome Fried Rice!...and that Bourbon Chicken is good.Portion size for the rice is good.Portion size for the chicken is so so.Portion Size for the vegetables is also so so.But its still good none the less.overall , Its a good choice if you like this type of food, Which I do.
