Mcdonald's - Fort Morgan

Cashier was hard to hear and messed up the order and then told me the wrong price til we got to the window! More then doubled the original price so we had to go thru the order to see where it was messed up! Got it fixed then had to make.sure the order was all there

Ordered a McChicken, they substituted a Spicy Chicken without asking. Ordered a double hamburger, got a single. They fixed the single for us, but they said the reciept was correct so we had to pay for a different sandwich to replace the chicken that was obviously spicy and not what we wanted.

The ordering process was painful (I think new staff) and at the end we got food that we had not ordered. the point is, it should be someone to help this new person.

We stopped at this mcdonald’s to breakfast and it is very empty. as in there was only one register and two kiosks to order. there was no drinker either. but the bathrooms were clean and the service was fast.

I love how they had my food fresh and gave me great service. I don't eat McDonald's often because of how the don't typically keep fresh food but this one did every time I went
