I ordered a pepperoni-filled crust pizza with bacon bread and honey mustard. I spoke with Kayla, the manager, and there should have been a credit under my name with another manager named Yankee. Unfortunately, Yankee did not give me the credit as promised, saying he forgot to turn off the order. When I called to place an order tonight, Kayla believed me and honored the credit that Yankee had neglected to put in the computer. The food was very good, and I appreciate the excellent customer service.

This place is terrible. I called many different times of the day. They held me and never took up again. Every time I hung on the phone for 20 minutes or more. I couldn't get pizza from this place on Sunday. I can understand that the staff is everywhere. Idk, if that was the problem or what. From one professional to another, keep your customers informed. They are less likely so irate..

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at Papa John's. Despite this, I have ordered from this place at least ten times and have never had any issues with my order. The only time I encountered a problem was when I requested delivery on a Friday night. When we called to inquire about the status of our food, they were unable to provide us with an accurate estimate of when it would arrive. I recommend picking up your own food and avoiding ordering on weekend nights to ensure a better experience.

Pizza always fresh. Had issue one time and they fixed it. The employees are always nice.
