Taco Bell - Fort Mill

Super rude employees acted like they didn't know what a mobile order would be. Take care of the drink and straw No, thank you for coming back or doing something like getting the order for us.

(If you don't want to read this, don't you think about this? RE TAKING COVID-19 SERIOUSLY) I go to this Taco Bell much and usually I get decent service (not big, but good enough for the low price) except the last time I went, I was literally fun to wear for a mask. None of the employees wore masks right, and when they noticed that I wore a mask while waiting for my food on the window, one of the workers (in an intelligent tone) said something along the lines of, ?oh you need to see this corona?. I agreed with him, ignored the obvious sarcasm and recommended that he also wear a mask, and he just said he didn't have Covid-19 what he wasn't sure. If you consider a high risk or already have existing conditions, do NOT go to this Taco Bell. You will be blatantly disregarding your health and safety.

After sitting in drive thru for 15 minutes, my nachos were missing from my order... Maybe I shouldn't go there on taco Tuesday. Not too many people inside so I don't understand why it took so long

Poor customer service, many mistakes. I?ve been to this Taco Bell multiple times and they frequently mess up, despite me verifying everything is correct on the screen. Twice I?ve politely smiled and said, ?Excuse me? I ordered tomatoes with this and they aren?t on here? and had the employees act like I was a terrible person for even asking. Eye rolls, complaining loudly about me the customer, throwing the bag of food on the counter- as if it?s MY fault they messed up. Once the manager apologized for the woman?s behavior. Today (11/9/20 lunch) the manager said ?we?re the only two here? as if that?s an excuse for treating me less than human when I?ve been nothing but respectful. I don?t care to go to a place where I have to fight for my food or be treated with an abusive attitude for being nothing but respectful and kind. I?m not sure what?s going on with management. Unacceptable.

I tried the new nacho box, which looked really good. However the chips were all old and stake. I chose not to eat it. I was totally turned off.
