Moe's Southwest Grill - Fort Mill

Staff seem a little uncoupled welcome to moes seems more like something they prefer not to do in these days... I'm also really strangely impressing why they don't have raw onions, considering that they are in every salsa in the building

Put an order online, drove to place just to expect from 4-5 other people in the To-Go line and said there were TWENTY orders in front of me. Not really the employees mistake, but stop the online orders if you have this kind of backlog in one place!! Chipotle in Indian Land has actually dedicated employees to online ordering, and have apparently found out how to handle with volume, although short employees. Drove to Chipotle and was in and out in 5 minutes. Long time Moe?s fan, but doubt ever use your app again. The management clearly does not care about the experience of a customer.

I ordered a pile of mailmates from this place. I not only delivered a COLD BURRITO, but my correct order was printed on the cold Burrito. I spent $36 to get the wrong order that someone clearly saw was wrong when it was packed. The food was also delivered earlier than expected by my postmate and is so cold that I don't think it's going to hit?s mistake at all. I didn't get the salsa I ordered. It is definitely the disturbance of the restaurants. Will not order from here again. I work in the costume service, so that's a big no for me.

The housewrecker bowl was absolutely amazing. Good to the last happiness. Whoo hoo! The biggest happy customer service. Nice to see that? Clean, bright, inviting facility. Please try the sweet tea it is really refreshing

The food was good, but the lady who I assume to be in charge was quite unkind to the employees and the customers. I have worked in food service before and understand how stressful it can be, but it is never ok to be rude. This isn?t the first time I?ve witnessed poor behavior from on duty supervisors at this location either. The employees who were not in charge were very polite and kind. We felt very bad for how they were being treated.
