Crumbl Cookies - Fort Mill

Every cookie I've tried at Cookie Crumble has been incredible. They are consistently chewy and delicious. I definitely could use more of those cornbread cookies!

The customer service was outstanding! I placed my order online, and it was ready by the time I arrived.

I've never tasted a cookie as good as the ones I had at this place. Seriously, the first one we tried was the Pumpkin flavor, and it was hands down the best cookie I've ever eaten, and I'm not even a huge cookie enthusiast. These cookies are incredible—better than homemade. We couldn't resist going back for more, and this time we tried a cookie called Pink Velvet, which was even better than the first! The icing was just right (and I usually don't care for icing), and the cookie was delightfully soft. On our way home, we couldn't stop thinking about this place and already wanted to return!

I preordered and prepaid for my cookies and arrived at the specified time. When I arrived, I was told they were out of all but 2 of the 6 flavors and it would be 15 minutes before they were ready. After waiting 25 minutes, I still have not received any cookies even though multiple people who ordered after me have gotten theirs. My order was in the system hours before I arrived, so if the flavors I ordered were running low, they should have put the cookies in the oven to be ready rather than waiting until I was standing there to do so. In total, it took 55 minutes from the pick up time until I received my cookies when I was told 15. Lesson learned, I will not be returning.

Two times of going in now where the employees did not their normal cheerful demeanor and the store was dirty. This last time the employee handing us the cookies just stared at us until we got in the car. After we got in his face changed to a angry face like he wanted to say something. Not going back to this one. Also the company needs to change their tipping policy. Tipping prior to receiving your service should not be a thing. I assume that the employees can see what is tipped so your service will reflect it which is probably what happened. Experiment coming.
