Earls - Fort McMurray

I highly recommend the ribs ... they are fall off the bone tender and delicious! Have also had the chicken breast on a bun with brie and apple...delicious as well! Relaxing cozy comfortable atmosphere...Excellent service, reasonable price point... Love going for dinner here!

Don't know what has happened to customer service here, but won't be back. I have kept returning to see if any improvement in last two years but it is only getting worse...not being acknowledged by staff after sitting for 15 minutes while you watch newly seated customers getting their food, staff arguing with you when your steak is raw telling you "you obviously don't know what medium rare is"...ummm yeah I do...I could go on but everyone I have spoken to agrees...

This is my fourth visit to Earls. It was a business supper for threeThe staff was quick to have us seated.Provided the server asapPlaced our food order that arrived quickly. Service was great and so was the food but it is crazy priced. If you are taking clients out for supper make sure you bring a sack of cash.

It's just earls nothing to special to write about. However I do recommend the black Cajun chicken and substitute the warm potato salad into your meal. It's the best thing ever.
