Santiago's is really gone Downhill.I ordered a breakfast burrito with hot and when I got was a burrito with eggs and it no sauce no cheese.No meat no potato

I have really only eaten the burritos because they order me and they seem like a very good price.

Used to always come through the drive -thru for burritos. This place has gotten progressively worse over the past 5 years. I don't know who is in charge here, but customer service is last on their priorities. Regular drive thru times of 20 minutes or more. Absolutely no sense of urgency. The food is completely bland also. Just a tip...faster drive thru times equals more profit for your store. Everyone working here should be trained at Wendy's first.
