Little Caesars Pizza - Fort Lupton

Although there are many small Caesars, every place is different/unique. Ft Lupton has one of the best. Staff work hard, always friendly, even if they are busy, and pizza, including prefabricated, are always fresh and always hot.

Literally got a cold pizza and missing drinks, driver was lost! received a refund of $1.31 on a 20.00 ticket. They have a refund matrix, whatever that is! Very bad customer service do not use this location!

You never answer the phone even if you try to place an order or if you are missing ingredients on your pizza. So frustrating

Staff was very nice, they didn?t charge me a crazy bread for making my order delayed. The pizza was cooked to perfection and they handed it to me in 10 minutes after i ordered it.

Unfortunately this is the only little Caesar?s in town so I have to go to it once in a while. Today, I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and a supreme pizza at around 5:57pm. I ended up having to go to Safeway so I arrived for my pizza around 6:30pm and when I got there they couldn?t find the order and said it wasn?t ready. I showed them the email I got saying it was ready and the email with the receipt and they continued to look for it for about 10 minutes and nothing. I didn?t get angry and just asked if they could please just make the pizzas and that I would wait. I waited about 15 minutes and they were ready but the kid working the counter just threw them at me and didn?t apologize or anything and was basically like here. I like going their but they need to hire people who aren?t so rude. This isn?t the first time I?ve had a bad experience with them. Maybe next time I won?t be so nice or I?ll just drive to the Brighton location.
