Excellent service, and the food was very good, I just loved it

The food was outstanding! But the lack customer service was poorly received by valet and hostess Hospitality didn’t exist at all, first words RESERVATION, Not a welcome to ventana or good afternoon ! Nope just Reservations not even a smile , for the price and for the kind of restaurant at least give some little customer service first impression counts a lot.! See they hire anyone willing to work and not give the best impression to the brand and the management doesn’t care enough to ensure sure are trained to give a welcoming to make the experience enjoyable to the Restuarant goers … sadly to say ! 4 stars deserve 3 From the valet to the waiter everything counts not only the food the total experience!

Treat my man to ventanas at his birthday and the experience was all I could have asked. it was our first time to eat there and we were impressed. eating was amazing. our waiter harold was amazing. harold was so courteous and attentive to our needs and helped me to ensure that my man's birthday was special. as expected, it was quiet for a Monday night that was perfect as it allowed us to have a nice quiet and intimate dinner, and take it in how beautiful the restaurant decorated and decorated. we are going back to the final.
