Bidrage med feedbackI visited this restaurant for the first time very early this morning. I ordered two croissants—one with butter and one with chocolate—along with a cup of Americano. Unfortunately, instead of receiving one chocolate croissant, I was given two butter croissants. Additionally, the staff member informed me that I should have spoken at the speaker first before picking up my order at the window. I apologize for the misunderstanding, as it was my first visit and I wasn't aware of the process. I hope the employees can maintain a positive attitude moving forward.
The drive-thru line wasn't very long, the staff were friendly, and the drinks were tasty!
My favorite little Starbucks! The staff is fast and makes amazing drinks. They are truly the best baristas I've ever met. The drive-thru makes it incredibly convenient. I try to avoid going around 9 AM, though, as it gets very crowded with commuters heading into the city.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered an iced black coffee, but what I received was essentially water—certainly not coffee! The staff appeared more focused on chatting and handling their own orders, and they even messed up my order size. To make matters worse, they didn’t give me any change. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I won't be coming back!
I would give this place a rating of zero stars if I could. I ordered coffee through my mobile app, but when I arrived to pick it up, the line stretched all the way to the highway and barely moved. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for my drink! By the time I got to the drive-thru, my coffee was ice cold! I tried to talk to the manager, Jose Lopez, who was quite rude and told me I would have to wait in line as long as it took to get my order. I will definitely not be returning to this Starbucks.
