Gluten-free bagels are available here. The staff is quick and efficient. The black and white cookies were pre-packaged, but you can't have everything!

This is the best bagel shop among the three in Binghamton. The food quality is excellent, and the customer service surpasses that of all the other bagel stores in the area. I highly recommend trying their bacon, egg, and cheese on a toasted bagel, as well as their French toast.

I’ve noticed that every time I visit this place, I’m charged different prices. For instance, I ordered a cheeseless cheese dish, yet I was charged the same amount. The same staff members have been working there for years since the new owner took over, but the service lacks consistency. Also, if you order a croissant at 9:30 in the morning, they might tell you it's already sold out. It seems counterproductive to not prepare a few extras; why not make 24 croissants instead of losing out on potential customers? It would make more sense to have a few leftovers rather than miss out on several sandwich sales!
