The price is over the top. 32 for 2 burgers that did not come with friesYou had to pay extra and they charged us 6 dollars for one order of fries.The cashier charges 10.49 for a wiz burger which was supposed to come with onions but was charged for the onions and hardly had any on them.But what’s worse was the woman in charge who refused to let me use the bathroom until we ordered food first!!I just took an elderly friend to 2 Dr visits and she wanted to stop in and eat. I needed to use the bathroom and freshen up. But was refused by the silver haired woman who said we could wait until the people were done ordering before us. Have you ever had to go and be told no you had to order first!Then food was not up to par. It was over priced cashier couldn’t hear us. Music was so loud .. she didn’t hear me ask for gator tots. Which I thought came with the food !!!

Overpriced mediocrity, had the shrimp po’ boy which was $14( just by itself (no fries or anything the taste was underwhelming and the quality and presentation was embarrassingly weak. I really can’t see what the excuse could be since there were literally 3 people in the whole place me being one of them. See photo. Wouldn’t go back if it were free tbh. Plenty of better restaurants around.

Top Round is my favorite lunch spot in downtown! The buffalo chicken sandwich and fish chips are both the best I’ve ever had. The staff prioritizes customer satisfaction and they do a fantastic job! I love coming to this place as much as I can. Food and service are top-quality!

While the service was speedy and the staff was friendly, the food didn't quite meet my expectations.To start off, the order was ready quite rapidly, which is a definite plus for those seeking a quick meal. The restaurant presented a clean environment and the staff was noticeably amiable, enhancing the overall dining experience. Their willingness to provide a pleasant customer experience is commendable.I tried the Top Round Melt and the Pastrami Burger. Also on my order were curly fries some regular and some with cheese. Unfortunately, both hamburgers turned out to be a bit dry for my liking, even though I had asked for them to be cooked medium. They were acceptable but fell short of the juicy, flavorful experience I was hoping for.On the brighter side, the curly fries were pretty decent, with the cheese fries offering a nice variation from the regular ones.In conclusion, Top Round is a convenient, clean, and friendly place for a casual meal. However, based on my experience, it doesn't quite hit the mark in terms of food quality. While it's a viable choice for a fast, casual meal, there wasn't anything exceptional that would warrant a higher rating. Hence, I'm giving it 3 stars.
