Bidrage med feedbackWhen it was finally my turn, I requested Italian bread, but I couldn’t hear the worker because the door was open and it was noisy outside. He then started yelling nervously, telling me that the Italian bread was not available and that I could only choose between white and wheat. I chose one of those, and after he made two of my sandwiches, I asked if he could microwave them. He said it was now too late. I was shocked; in every other Subway I’ve visited, they always ask if you want your sandwich heated. Next, I ordered a kids’ meal and asked for apples, since that’s usually an option instead of a cookie, at least it should be. When he didn’t ask me for my choice and just handed me the meal, I inquired about the apples. He replied that he had already included a cookie. I was confused, and then he told me I could get a drink from the fridge. Typically, for a kids’ meal, I expect to get a sandwich, either apples or a cookie, milk or a punch, and a toy. But in this case, I received a sandwich that was too late to microwave, a cookie that I didn’t want, and the punch wasn’t even an option—there was no choice between milk and punch! Plus, no toy! After paying and going outside to open our meals, I discovered I had been given a white cookie instead of what I wanted. It’s not just that I didn’t get the apples I asked for; he sent me a cookie that I don’t like. We always get chocolate chip cookies! I will absolutely never return to this Subway! It’s such a shame because I recently moved just 2 minutes away and was excited to have one nearby.
