Nanou Ocean - Fort Lauderdale

My favorite bakery spot... authentic French croissants that never disappoint! Friendly service shout out to AC! Can't wait to be back!

If you fly to the south of France and walk down the croisette at Cannes there are sandwich sellers selling wonderful pain bagnats WELL at Anjou they are just as good and the croissants are magnificent particularly the almond You may dine outside or inside Madame Gail and her team will assure you of a warm welcome and excellent food we are eating lunch 2 or3 times a week

The tables at this restaurant are all sticky, as if the varnish has never fully dried. The owner, who speaks with a French accent, is very unhelpful and claims the stickiness is a "feature" of the tables that cannot be fixed. The prices are also quite high and not worth it for the quality of the food. I was able to get a refund for my meal, but I have no desire to return or recommend this establishment. It should be noted that there were only three occupied tables at 11:30 a.m., which should have been a red flag for me not to eat there.

The service at this restaurant is fantastic, and the bakery is top-notch. We were thrilled to have finally found a true baguette here. I just wish they would offer a wider variety of bread so I wouldn't have to go anywhere else.

During my two-day stay in the area, I found my favorite breakfast spot to be the bakery across the street. Every item was delicious and enjoyable!
