Nabu American Fusion Buffet

My family visited American Fusion Buffet Nabu . We were thrilled by this place. I liked the pleasant atmosphere of buffet, the work of staff at the highest level, always polite, friendly and attentive. The food is great, great choice, delicious, fresh. My family and I recommend this Best American Fusion Buffet NaBu

So much with huge seafood and sushi choices as well as grilled meat and many Asian parrots such as noodles and roasted rice. On Monday evening they run a special....for an extra $7 get You're a lobster! Lunch is just $11,95! Service is great.

Nabu Asian American fusion buffet. What can I say ! I’ve been going there for over 10 years. And with the new owner he always has new types of food to try the food is fresh everything is delicious it’s clean. And it’s not full of fillers like other Buffets, it’s real good quality food. And the staff are wonderful. Highly recommended by my wife and myself and all our friends. We just went there for dinner again. And ran into four different friends

I travel a lot and care about what I eat. Nabu is my favorite in Ft Lauderdale area. Service and ambience are good and I have always left there completely satisfied. This Asian fusion buffet offers a wide range of foods that will please all tastes, including vegetarians. The management really cares about the quality of foods and prices it at reasonable costs (lunch about $13, dinner $23 but with more seafood . It includes hot appetizers, soups, sushi, seafood, hot dishes (Chinese, Thai , nice varieties of salads (mix greens, beets, ceviche, kales, etc. , hibachi, fruits and desserts. My favorites are peel shrimps, crab legs, Thai curry vegetable, bake salmon (delicious! , chicken with basil, just to name a few. And, if you can make it Sunday or Monday nights, you can add a cold water lobster (I get the Casino lobster, baked with crunchy bacon bits for just $7 that is equal or better taste than from New England.

The seafood includes snow crabs and stone crabs, shrimp, oysters, mussels on ice. There are also salted and and fried blue crabs, fried shrimps, more fried shrimps (japanese panko style), and other hot dishes. A bbq bar where they serve hot bbq such as korean beef bbq short ribs, which were amazing! Even better than some korean bbq joints. Then there is your sushi bar. Overall the variety isn’t much, but there are enough options to choose from. Oh the dessert options are a lot nicer than other buffet places. The service is good, our server heated up the snow crabs for us. It didn’t make a big impression for me to return.
