Bidrage med feedbackThere was a really, big line of cars at 12am in the Drive Thru when I arrived before heading to my hotel. At 1:50am when I finally was able to request my order pull up to the Pay Window, the manager expressed to me that she had only 1 employee, plus herself cooking preparing orders for the amazing line of cars that had been waiting almost two hours, but she also said that she called in another employee that she called her sandwich maker to help her lower the mega line of patient paytrons. She apologized 3 times for the wait, which I appreciated greatly.
It was incredible! I had nuggets and a strawberry shake at 2 AM! Forget about Facebook recommendations!
The service was prompt, the staff was attentive, and the atmosphere was fantastic and spotless. I really enjoyed my experience!
When I called about a lost wireless headphone, Gabriel and the team were incredibly helpful. Gabriel went above and beyond to thoroughly check for it, and he ended up finding it! Thank you so much. Additionally, this McDonald's has the cleanest bathroom I've ever seen. The food was fresh and met all expectations. I'm really grateful for the fantastic staff!
