Matchbox - Fort Lauderdale

Atmosphere is good, service was good. The ordered salad as an appetizer, but they brought with a duck. Crispy chicken sandwich, but the claw upstairs was very bland. Removed Slave and crispy chicken sandwich was good. Salat should be Cesar, but they brought home salad?

It was nice to sit outside. The waiter was very attentive and made us a beautiful blackberry margarita that was delicious. I think I'd skip the hot, hot pizza. It does not taste like the description and is more of a boiled pepper pizza than anything else. Nothing chipotle about it.

Excellent food and service. Our waiter Paulie was the best! The place is super clean, beautifully illuminated and beneficial to enjoy the family in this case a birthday party. I'm sorry to take a star away, but just found out that our waiter Paulie $9 for the piece birthday cake you see on the photo. Years ago there are and in all other restaurants we go to it is not free! It was delicious!

Before I buy a little, I stayed in Matchbox for a happy hour. The experience was not as pleasant as expected. I expected to get faster services by sitting at the bar and the result was not a service. The experience made a turn in the right direction after expressing my concern about the lack of service for the manager. We were taken to another section and the service was excellent. The food was well prepared and the drinks were refreshing, unfortunately I discovered a fruit fly in my drink. All in all, I'll try.

Very nice restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. I strongly recommend a reservation because they can get busy very fast, which is usually a good sign. I went for brunch but didn?t actually get brunch. Of course they have mimosas on the brunch menu. They have really good appetizers so I got the artichoke dip and the mini burger sliders. No regrets there as they were full of flavor. Also got there Margarita Pizza, which was perfect. It was not too oily and the cheese was flavorful. Not too bitter nor tart. They have lots of options so I?ll definitely be back to experiment with the menu.
