Kaluz - Fort Lauderdale

Review about restaurant below still stands: I have been going to Kaluz for years. Yesterday Marco, one of the managers accommodated every single request I had concerning table I wanted outside. Me and my guests treated like royalty. Food is always good but what makes Kaluz unique is its superb service and attention to detail every single time I'm there. Great outdoor patio and bar next to the Intracoastal. Food is very good. My favorite items on the menu: Salmon dip, Organic Herb Chicken, Key Lime Pie. Lisa and Bret are the best bartenders. They work both inside/outside always greet you with a smile are personable and anticipate what you need. Just awesome. Hope that Kaluz management appreciates them. Very crowded most of the time so make reservations.

Food was great and many employees working together to ensure that your needs are met. I tried the octopus. It was good for my first experience. I can try again. The ribs lubricated great and were tender. The drinks were fantastic.

Fabulous service, and overall dining experience. The food was cooked to perfection and seasoned well while letting the fresh ingredients shine. Portions were just right, and the great wine selection made for a great evening. For dessert, their bread pudding was outstanding. Five stars all around from the atmosphere, the food, and the service.

I absolutely love this restaurant in Ft Lauderdale. We had the roasted chicken and Salmon. We also had the coconut shrimp OMG amazing. Even the tea selection was really good. The staff is really great. They have valet parking. They even had a few boats and yachts pulling up for dinner reservations. Indoor and outdoor dining

One of the best dining experiences of a long time. The food was great, the atmosphere pleasant and our server was the best. From start to finish he knew everything about the menu and each dish. What impressed us the most about him was that he remembered every order to perfection and never missed a beat. My grandkids were so impressed that they decided to tip him above and beyond our already generous tip. Certainly I will recommend this place to all of my friends and business partners worldwide.
