Fresh First - Fort Lauderdale

Great food that's great for you. The staff was friendly and although they were busy service was quite fast. Good choice of options, all gluten free, very good. We had the chicken and sweet potato noodles with chicken, which was only flat from tasty!

My husband and I are regular customers and our experience is always excellent. The staff and the owner are all amazing and the food is really good. Guac Toast, with Griddle potatoes and one side of garlicky patties with a cold brew coffee that will do it!

This place is amazing!!!! The food is so fresh, simple and tasty. All employees are overwhelmingly friendly personalities. Don't live in the area, but I wish I could take this place home with me! Thanks for the experience.

Best GLUTEN FREE!! Dedicated gluten-free facility! The service was amazing! The restaurant was super clean! The location was comfortable! The food was absolutely delicious! It came out hot and fast! Very recommended! I have a western omelette with a small Belgian waffle and the apple slices, my mother has the banana porcan waffle, and we share the delicious hot French press coffee! Would highly recommend if you are gluten-free and in the Fort Lauderdale area!

Cute little spot with amazing gluten free breakfast! The waffles are seriously the best I’ve had! The coffee is even better! You won’t be disappointed!
