DO NOT ORDER FOOD TOGO FROM HERETHEY USE 3RD PARTY DELIVERY SERVICE THAT TOOK 2 HOURS TO BE DELIVEREDTHEY MADE US REPAY FOR THE FOOD TO GET FRESH HOT FOOD WHEN WE RETURNED ITTHE OVERAL QUALITY OF FOOD WAS POOR AS WELL ESPECIALLY ALL THE SIDESMANAGEMENT REALLY NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED HERE

Very frustrating that this place offers order delivery, was supposed to be to us within 30 minutes, took 2 hours. We brought the cold soggy food back and they said it was not their problem it falls on the delivery service...I am pretty sure your company hires the delivery service and offers the usage of said service on your main website...so in reality it falls on you...We didn't bring back half eaten food. We brought back the original food and you would not just remake it to make it fresh, we had to reorder everything. BAD BUSINESS...We will never be back! FYI that delivery service should say on there it outsources to Uber Eats and other places as I would have went and picked it up myself!

The food was OK but not the best BBQ. I had better but it wasn’t terrible. The burnt ends my husband got were really juicy and weren’t too bad, but the brisket I got was so dry and had little to no flavor. The sides were decent. The baked beans were our favorite. I also enjoyed the slaw. The mac was a little bland and the bread on the burnt end sandwich was hard. We loved their own fountain drinks that they had. It was pretty cool. Overall, the atmosphere was kind of dull and boring. Nothing really cool going on in there. The service was a little strange. They weren't rude or anything. It was just like they looked like they didn't want to be there. And when we first walked in, they really didn't greet us or offer anything we should try. I heard a lot about this place, but after my visit it's going to be a pass for me on BBQ.

The turkey was moist and not dried out. The rub on everything felt like mostly black pepper. 3 different sauces. Burned ends looked/acted/tasted like the point of the brisket cut in large chunks. Smoke flavor was there and not overwhelming. Is it like my local Texas BBQ joint? No. Is it pretty dang good? Yes. I'd eat here again.
