Denny's - Fort Lauderdale

Today, my first terrible experience was through the day leader Laura. My family and I had sausages at our meals, the sausages were bright gray; almost white. When I cut one, it was pink in the middle, I informed the waitress and she realized that we didn't eat her. She apologized and removed her from the bill. While I was paid for breakfast, I was asked how everything was, I told the young lady everything was good except for the half boiled sausages, the lady said that they let the cook know and apologize; I said thank you. When this manager Laura appeared, the cashier mentioned what we had, then said this happy lady Laura that 's what they always do, Thier is nothing wrong, no worries about it I think she spoke about the cook in the kitchen, so I told her that you are interesting, your young lady that the sausages were cooked when she knows and even pink inside. She said nothing was wrong. I said your interesting Laura, and held my honor because my daughter was with me. My birthday was yesterday, so I just took it, but when she talks to me like this again, trust me, I'll let her know who she is and how she should deal with customers with respect. I must post this image of the white pig; I'm referring to the sausage.

Gail made our visit to Denny's one of the best experiences we've ever had at any location. It was an absolute pleasure to have her as our waitress. She anticipated our needs and had everything at the table before we even had to ask. She should be a role model for waitstaff in restaurants worldwide. Truly a fantastic employee! I wish we could clone her!

I enjoyed a peaceful meal of T-bone steak and eggs. I substituted the hash browns for mashed potatoes and opted for blueberry pancakes instead of toast, which I took home for breakfast the next day. The service was quick and friendly!

We went out for breakfast this morning to celebrate my granddaughter's third birthday. Our server, Daniel, greeted us with a cheerful and lively attitude. We all ordered eggs, bacon, and French toast. My granddaughter was delighted when her mom arranged for the staff to sing "Happy Birthday" to her. The expression on her face was priceless. The customer service from the three servers was wonderful and meant a lot to my granddaughter. Thank you, and happy holidays!

One of the best location foods is always fresh!!! And the server Gail is great!!!! She always knows what I and my brother want!
