Casablanca Cafe - Fort Lauderdale

We recently went to Casablanca Cafe on the first night if our stay in Fort Lauderdale. The place is beautiful with nice views. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. Our waiter Joel could not have been better. He let us know one of the dishes we ordered waa a little spicy before we ordered it. He even provided us with a little brief history of the place.

Service was fantastic, ceviche was top-notch. The menu is priced very reasonably, and the flavors and food quality are much more than you would expect. On top of all that you are on the beach with beautiful views and ambience.

Food was delicious, BUT... it was so loud you couldn't hear your own server. Couldn't wait to finish eating and pay our tab. I will not be coming back. Service was okay, do to how busy it was 7:30-8:30pm.

THE best scallops I e ever had. We stayed close by for 4 nights for a HS reunion. Hit the Casablanca Cafe for 5 meals. Breakfast is great. Dinner is wonderful. Ryan K took great care is our last night. Made some great menu recommendations. Will go out of my way to hit there again.

This was my first visit, and I definitely plan to return. I sat on the patio and enjoyed excellent service. I had some specific preferences for my drink, which contained too much agave, but the waiter happily accommodated me with a smile. I ordered the grouper, and it was exceptional—blackened and served on a wonderfully spiced bed of rice. The waiter was very accommodating and replaced my drink without any issues. The wine selection was decent, and the views of Ocean Avenue were lovely.
