Brooklyn Water Bagel - Fort Lauderdale

I don't like to give negative reviews, so I want to start by saying that the Bagels were excellent. But what they do as a jersey boy was the most extensive thing you could get to a real pork and cheese sandwich I've ever had. Not sure what the super thin cut Taylor ham really was except terrible and omg the substance that they run out as eggs was a kind of gelatinous fake catastrophic science project. HORRIBLE!!!!

This place has been on the hill in recent years. I've eaten here three times a week, now I'm barely going once a month and they're always reminding me why. Staff do not pay attention to your order, something is always missing or wrong. Do you think if you re paying $12 for a bagel they at least put the ingredients they advertise. You need a manager in this place to monitor orders and customer service!

Coffee is great! Love the aromas especially the pumpkin spices. Muffins are always fresh and moist

6:30AM on 9/15/2022, I asked for a dozen bagels individually cut and packed individually for my office. The short husky mug Melissa tells me they don't. That's why the little Mom Pop Bagel places are better. The mating girl Melissa was just lazy. There was even a man in the prep area. I asked Melissa why can't this man do it? Melissa tells me he doesn't do that she has to. Anyone who has heard of the countermaid who has processed the payments at the front counter and has processed the prep area, while the prep type is just around nothing. I hope their district manager sees this comment and corrects this behavior from these 2 employees, but if these 2 employees represent the way things are done, then it will probably not change. Your DM is probably just as lazy. I'm not coming back to BWB. So disappointed. Melissa even gives me her business card with her manager number. Who knows if it's the right phone number. Friendly advice. A manager is not acting like Melissa.

Friendly inviting atmosphere, staff truly interested in customers enjoyment a hidden gem, excellent bagels, reminds me of my college days in Brooklyn, the coffee is hot fresh and delicious without the pretentiousness and infinitely better. Definitely worth the drive!
