Starbucks - Fort Knox

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant, thanks to the outstanding customer service, especially from a staff member named Elizabeth. Thank you!

I waited 27 minutes after paying for a drink, but I never received it. They kept placing other cups in front of mine and didn’t attend to my order. When I asked the barista about it, she appeared too confused to help me. The manager, looking quite overwhelmed, just asked me to be patient while he moved my cup to the back of the line again. It was a really frustrating experience.

The iced peach green tea lemonade was quite disappointing. It had a strange flavor that I found hard to enjoy. It was bitter, with a taste that reminded me of grass or dirt.

This restaurant typically has minimal wait times. While they might not always have every menu item in stock, the coffee is exceptional. Moreover, the service is quick and extremely friendly.
