Burger King - Fort Knox

Poor service, not speedy. This Burger King doesn 't care about the customer, they know the Army will not shut them down for poor service. I think their store motto is Once they pay, who cares about them .

Went to this location on 5/27/22 at around 1800. soon as I walked through the door the young man working the drive thru and the young lady in the kitchen groaned loudly upon me entering. i saw that they appear to be cleaning up and my order was simple. but i really did not like their attitude towards a customer coming in. i have worked in customer service and I have never seen employees bold enough to groan in displeasure because of a customer coming in. that was rude, unnecessary and unprofessional.

Many businesses are trying their best during COVID was the yelp advisory. This Burger King is absolutely not doing their best. They close earlier than their posted hours. They have messed up my order several times now, and when I try to have it corrected they ignored me and then gave me terrible attitude. Do no recommend. I now drive 15 minutes off post to get Burger King instead of going to this one!

On the base at Fort Knox let's be honest no Military base is complete without a Burger King. I went with double cheeseburger no bun with a Cherry Coke Zero. Everyone was super nice and great thing the inside was open for dine in.

Friendly staff, and fast service! Food was served hot, fresh, and fast! My burger was accurate to what I requested, and my French Fries were hot and crispy.
