Golden Corral - Fort Gratiot

I work there. Not a bad place to eat. Nice people. Update: used to work there. People there still nice. New gen. Mgr. Turning the place around like he knows what he's doing...Update: Feb 2019. They have completely turned this place around! The food is fresher and the restaurant is cleaner than I've ever seen any Golden Corral anywhere. This place had gone through some low points due to management issues but my last stop there was amazing. I'm familiar with this particular location because I used to be a cook there and you can take it from someone who knows; if you haven't been there in a while you will be very pleasantly surprised next time you visit. Five stars indeed!

This restaurant is a great spot for a quick, satisfying hot meal. They offer a large buffet with a wide variety of meats, sides, salads, and desserts. It's typically a place where you can grab your meal and go.

I've never had a negative experience at this restaurant. The buffet is excellent, the prices are reasonable, and the service is great. You definitely won't leave hungry!

The food was very delicious and cheap. Our waitress, Paige, was just incredible. She set us up with drinks refills before our current drinks were empty (a very attentive waitress! Explained dishes immediately gone and inclined to all our needs. I was very impressed.

I 've heard bad things about other Golden Corrals but this one is very nice. The food is really quite good, the staff is friendly and experienced. It 's always clean and well maintained. The selection of food choices is impressive, there is something for everyone. Steaks are cooked just as you like them. One of the few places that understands rare .
